Ukrainian enterprice Agro Defense, LLC produces and sells marvellous biologics intended for plants protection from fungal diseases and insect-pests.

Biologic Guapsine is based on the action of industrial strains of bacteria of genus Pseudomonas aureofaciens B-306 and B-111. It protects plants from insect-pests and diseases, stimulates plants growth and development.

At the result of scientific observations it was concluded that bacteria Pseudomonas aureofaciens B-306 modify soluble compounds of soil and in such a manner plants are able to receive an additional nutrition. In a short time after treatment biological activity of plants begins increasing; its roots begin absorbing nutrients more rapidly. It happens due to plant hormone indoleacetic acid which bacteria emit.

In addition, Pseudomonades inhibit growth of pathogenic microorganisms in rhizosphere and this circumstance also contributes to plants growth. As the result, plants receive such an amount of nitrogen and other nutrients that the effect from beneficial bacteria is equivalent to the action of mineral fertilizers.

Scientific experiments show that bringing 5 liters of Guapsine in 1 hectare of agricultural lands is comparable to 150-200 pounds of ammonium nitrate and 60-80 pounds of urea on the nitrogen-fixing action.

Essential difference lies in the fact that the result of urea and ammonium nitrate appears in about two weeks after putting them into the ground. Bacteria begin acting almost immediately. Tangible result of their work can be seen on the fourth or fifth day after treatment.

Guapsine also displays a side effect as a smooth insecticide. Penetrating into digestive tract of insect-pests, the drug destroys intestinal micro flora and kills all kinds of insect pests which devour plants.

Biologic Trichophyte, aqueous suspension of mycelium of fungus-antagonist Trichoderma lignorum successfully fights against root rots and other fungal nature diseases. Biologically active substances secreted by fungus Trichoderma stimulate plant growth and development, increase their resistance to diseases. As the result of the action of produced enzymes such as chitinase and glucokinase, the drug promotes decomposition of polysaccharides and transfers substances into forms accessible to plants through the soil humification.

Trichophyte has a probiotic effect and works as a decomposer of straw and cellulose materials. Due to high biological activity the drug quickly occupies biological substrate, breaks down organic compounds, takes part in the processes of ammonification and nitrification, increases mobilization of phosphorus and potassium, and enriches the soil with nutrients moving, making them readily available to plants.

In contrast to chemical plant protection, biologic products have no an extremely high concentration dose. In surplus doses beneficial bacteria and fungal mycelium die, not finding appropriate culture medium.

Biologics do not accumulate in plants and soil. Destroying pathogens, bacteria deprived of food and die without leaving a sign of biological or chemical activity.

Principle of operation:

First of all, bacteria which biologic Guapsine consists of are live microorganisms and they need a growing medium. Such a nutrition for them are fungal spores of various diseases, as well as a variety of pests such as codling moth, cherry and plum flies, various species of aphids, caterpillars, leaf rollers, etc.

For the second, penetrating into plants with the saps flow, beneficial bacteria increase immunity from inside, as well as suppress pests population. The preparation kills even those of pests which defend themselves with web or can hide well. Subsequently, eating leaves or juice of plants such pests absorb Guapsine which causes their death.

For the third, Guapsine favors the development of strain of nodule bacteria which saturate root system of plants with nitrogen.

Trichophyte is an aqueous suspension of mycelium and spores of fungus-antagonist Trichoderma lignorum.

Biologic works as agricultural disease-fighter, mostly as fungicide. It protects plants from various fungal diseases and cleans soil from spores and mycelium of detrimental fungi.

The drug is non-toxic for human beings, animals, bees, fishes. It does not accumulate in soil, plants, does not affect the taste and smell of grown products.

Fungi of the genus Trichoderma inhibit the development of pathogens through direct parasitism and competition for substrate. Due to high biological activity, the drug quickly occupies edaphic substrate and actively decomposes organic compounds, takes part in the process of ammonification and nitrification, increases mobilization of phosphorus and potassium enriching soil with moving nutrients.

Biologically active substances which Trichoderma secretes stimulate plant growth and development, increase their resistance to diseases. As the result of the action of produced enzymes it significantly accelerates the polysaccharides decomposition process giving plants a lot of additional nutrients.

Antagonistic properties of Trichoderma manifested in two ways:

Firstly, the fungus produces antibiotics that kill plant pathogens.

Secondly, using someone else's spawn as a culture medium, it eliminates pathogenic fungi.

Soil fungi of the genus Trichoderma are developing on different cellulose rich remains, on the mycelium and fruiting bodies. It parasitizes on the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotium, Rhizoctonia solani Alternaria, Armillaria, Botritis, Colletotrichum, Fusarium, Helmintosporium, Pithium, Phoma, Phitophtora, Ascohita and on the other pathogens of crops.

The positive results were taken when using the drug in the fight against fungi Cytospora which causes cancer and sprouts withering. The drug is effective against most kinds of diseases of grapes, eggplants, carnations and melons wilting, Rhizoctonia and potato dry rot, white rot of cucumbers and tomatoes and the other plant diseases.

The drug can be used as plants protector against pathogens throughout the growing season. Trichophyte gives excellent results in closed terrain.

In vivo antagonistic properties of Trichoderma manifested better at temperature above +12 °C.
